Without knowing the full context, we'd be guessing more than stating... the context would really tell what their intent was. From the limited context that it lists, I would assume it's referring to their attitude and demeanor. Some healers are really nice, friendly, bubbly, or however you want to call it... like a friend that you like to spend time with. Some healers are just jerks... they have no bedside manner and you hate to see, but they are good at their job (like TV's Dr. House). I hope that helps! "Ambidexterity is the state of being equally adept in the use of both right and left appendages." That is the definition I found on wikipedia. Since the feet and/or legs are also appendages, they would be included in this definition. The page contains a lot of information about having equally adept hands as well as two dominant feet.
