What novel ever written has the most covers?
Q. What novel ever written has the most covers? This is for part of my project. I need to show the variety and explain how people do in fact judge a book by it's cover. If any one knows, please let me know. Ten points to the best/right answer!

A. Any classic book, really. Especially one that's been around for a long time. So I'm on this site called Shelfari, where you put up what you're reading, what you've read and what you plan to read. I read The Adventures of Tom Sawyer last month, so I put that one up. The site lets you go through all the different covers and editions until you find the one that matches yours... there were so many. I didn't even FIND the one I had, and there were like, a hundred! ~KBNB

What is the best way to wash cloth diaper covers?
Q. I am using prefolds/covers for my 8 week old son. I am wondering on the best way to wash the covers. I wash the prefolds on the hot cycle on my front loader, but i am curious if the extra hot water might not be good for the covers. Any thoughts?

A. You could very easily wash your covers along with your baby clothes if you take a few precautions. 1. Start the covers on a cold rinse (if any covers have poo on them) afterwards add clothing. 2. Use an additive free, cloth diaper acceptable detergent for your entire load, using half the amount or less as recommended on the container. (this is good for baby clothes anyways) particular ingredients to avoid are scents, dyes, fabric softener, and optical brighteners if possible. 3. Best and easy to hang covers to air dry. The dryer can sometimes over time hurt elastics if too high of heat is used. Periodically, you will want to dry the covers in the dryer if the covers are made of PUL such as Thirsties, Bummis, and Prowraps.

How do soft paws nail covers for cats work out?
Q. Has anyone tried those soft paws nail covers for cats. How hard is it to put them on and do they stay on pretty well? Does the cat freak out and try to chew them off which is what I am imagining would happen. Can you have a vet put them on? This will be interesting I ordered some online a few days ago. So we'll see if I can get them on his nails. He does let me cut his nails sometimes and sometimes he gets mad really depends on his mood. Yeah I've tried those cat scratch boxes and put catnip on it. He still loves to scratch carpet. And then sometimes his claws just scratch things when he doesn't mean to scratch like our new leather recliners that I got for my back problems. Two big scratches in them and those suckers were really expensive.… [cont.]
